When you type a name, location, or similar detail into a search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. This site does not keep its own separate log of those search terms.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, the information in that message may be kept long enough to review and respond. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Once you leave this site, the privacy policy of the destination controls what happens there.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to measure activity across websites for targeted ads. That tracking is controlled by those partners, not by this site.

Indiana public records themselves are controlled by the agency that holds them, including records handled under the Indiana Access to Public Records Act, Indiana Code 5-14-3. Requests to correct, inspect, or obtain an official public record must go to the originating office.
