Nature of the Site

This site is a private reference resource. It does not store official jail rosters, booking records, court files, warrants, or correctional records, and it cannot confirm custody status, file documents, release a person, or change a public record.

The pages point visitors toward Kosciusko County jail resources, the sheriff's inmate-information page, the Kosciusko County Clerk public-records form, Indiana MyCase, IDOC, Indiana VINE/SAVIN, BOP, ICE, and third-party research tools.

Acceptable Use

• Use the site only for lawful purposes.
• Do not use information found here to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
• Do not use site content for employment, housing, lending, insurance, or other FCRA-covered decisions.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Do not run bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools against the site.
• Do not interfere with normal use of the site by other visitors.

No Consumer Reports

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, tenant reports, insurance reports, or consumer reports. You agree not to use anything on this site or through linked tools for:
